Return an item in the UAE

Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:

 

  1. Return/Exchange can only be made within 7 days from date of delivery.
  2. Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
  3. Item must be in resalable condition (not used)

Important Note :

Simply send an email to online@ushboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your order, then we will provide you with a Credit Return Memo (CRM) , complete your Return Form which will be sent with the goods  and we will arrange a Collection.

International Returns

Send an email to online@ushboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will book through our courier to arrange a collection from you , then we will send you an email containing the full instructions and CREDIT RETURN MEMO ( CRM ) & our Courier Booking reference. Please complete the Return Form with the return product information and the CRM No., with your signature included.

We will email as soon as your item(s) have been received and your return is in process.

Returned items must be received within 7 days of the CRM receipt date, any returns received after the 7 days will not be processed and the goods will be returned to the customer.

Please note that USH Boutique will only replace or exchange goods to the same value or higher, we cannot exchange products for a lower value.

All credit card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction. Please note that shipping charges and any taxes and customs duties incurred will not be refunded.

All bank transfers will be refunded back to the payment bank account details provided when the order was placed.

Cash on Delivery refunds in the UAE will be provided within 7 days once items have been processed via cheque or bank transfer or in Cash.

For international orders refunds PayPal fees will be excluded from refund amount.

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit we will reimburse the customer any Shipping and Duty costs that have been incurred.

Exchanges with Credit Exchange Form (CEF)

Send an email to online@ushboutique.com requesting a Credit Exchange Form (CEF) within 7 days upon receiving your order. Product is subject for management approval and must be in resalable condition (not used).

Please provide all new product information to exchange as part of the email. We will then process your new order and provide you with all relevant documentation in the new shipment.

We will email as soon as your item(s) have been received, your return is in process and your exchange is being shipped.

Please note that all product exchanges are subject to shipping and customs duties.
